Refugee Action Good Practice
Members of the Early Action Expert Panel travelled from across the country to meet up in London. They spent the session discussing the ways that organisations can involve their service users and create space for meaningful participation. The group will build upon this work and identify best practice approaches to the 3rd Early Action Principle - Participatory Service Design.
The meeting was facilitated by Jonathan Kazembe, Refugee Action's Expert by Experience Manager with support from Noam Sohachevsky from our digital design partner organisation. The group's body of work will inform the ongoing development of early action services and advocacy towards an asylum system that prevents rather than causes crisis.
